BCOA Resources for Caregivers with Stacey Cullen
Friday, May 8 at 10:00 AM
In-person in the Conference Room
“Five Wishes” is a document and program created by Aging with Dignity, designed to help individuals express their wishes for end-of-life care. It goes beyond typical medical directives by addressing personal, emotional, and spiritual needs as well as medical preferences. It’s a living will that helps people communicate their desires to family, friends, and healthcare providers if they become seriously ill.

BCOA Resources is held in the Conference Room on the lower level.
Every month, Support Services Coordinator Stacey Cullen from the Barnstable Council on Aging (BCOA) will be available at CPL to assist with resources for our caregivers and Barnstable citizens over the age of 60.
This program provides resources that benefit our residents and the people we care for.
