Social Group for ND Teens
Our amazing volunteer Isadora Greenberg leads this social group for neurodivergent teens. This is an inclusive group, and is a safe space to be and celebrate YOU!
Activities will be determined by the interests of the participants. We will share a variety of sensory items, but feel free to bring your own and/or noise-cancelling headphones.
This group is intended for ages 12-18. Siblings are welcome, caregivers may be asked to supervise.
Registration is required for this group. Limited 10 members.

Laughter Yoga Class for Kids and Families
Laughter Yoga combines interactive laughter exercises with deep centering breaths and calming movements. It is a joyful way to connect with others and laugh your blues away.
