Sensory Friendly Storytime
Let's build literacy using all five senses!
This inclusive program is designed to engage neurodivergent children and sensory-seeking learners through an adaptive format with a friendly space to explore.
Intended for ages 2-6.

Amazing Animal Ambassadors
Join zoologist Bethany Boucher of Amazing Animal Ambassadors for an hour long interactive educational program to learn about wildlife from around the world with her animal ambassadors.
You'll meet birds, reptiles, mammals, and more!
Even get a chance to meet a few of them up close at the end of the presentation.

"Frozen" Movie Screening and Pajama Party
Come watch a movie at the library!
Wear your favorite PJs and enjoy a screening everyone's favorite winter film alongside fellow Frozen fans!
Rated PG. 1 hour, 42 minute runtime.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover
Dropoff: Monday, December 29 before 5:00 p.m.
Pickup: Tuesday, December 30 before 4:00 p.m.
Would your stuffed friend or doll like to sleep over at the library?
Do you think they will behave, or get into mischief together?
Miss Tessa will read them bedtime stories and tuck them in.

Social Group for ND Teens
Our amazing volunteer Isadora Greenberg leads this social group for neurodivergent teens. This is an inclusive group, and is a safe space to be and celebrate YOU!
Activities will be determined by the interests of the participants. We will share a variety of sensory items, but feel free to bring your own and/or noise-cancelling headphones.
This group is intended for ages 12-18. Siblings are welcome, caregivers may be asked to supervise.
Registration is required for this group. Limited 10 members.

Musical Instrument Petting Zoo
Step right up and explore the wonderful world of sound!
In this hands-on musical experience, kids are invited to listen, identify, and try out a variety of real instruments, from strings and woodwinds to drums and bells.
