Join local poet Walter Ralston for a presentation On Poetry: an exploration of word deployment for communication and creativity. The central role of imagery, honesty and stories.
Paper and writing utensils will be provided, or bring your favorite notepad from home!
About our Presenter:
Walter Ralston – Quincy origin. Degrees: BS Wheaton College, MS UMASS, PhD UMN. 5+ years teaching undergraduate Biology. Switched to computers and software programs.
Discovered true calling 17 years ago: creating poetry. Most happily married with his muse with five children plus six grandkids. Self-published 18 volumes of poetry. What remains will be what comes from the heart, not from his brain.
