Join hiking leaders from Cape Hikes of the Southeastern MA Chapter of Appalachian Mountain Club (SEM AMC) for an overview of day hiking for novices.

We’ll talk about issues pertinent to hiking—how it differs from walking, preparation for local hikes looking at fitness, terrain, equipment, hiking opportunities on Cape Cod, and activity options with SEM AMC.
