- Lawyer of the Day:
This service is run by the Barnstable County Bar Association. A volunteer Lawyer will call you to answer your legal questions. If you would like to speak to the volunteer lawyer, you may call the court at 508-375-6721. The court will schedule a day for the Volunteer Lawyer to call you.
- Virtual Registry:
If you use Zoom, you may seek help from a Probate and Family Court staff member by joining us on the Virtual Registry to get information about how to file a case, information about an existing case, or how to access court forms. The address to join the Virtual Registry is: zoomgov.com/j/1605462604
- Court Service Centers:
Court Service Centers can help with certain types of cases. You may call 646-828-7666 for more information.
- Magistrate Sessions:
These sessions are offered by appointment to handle Informal Probate cases on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please make an appointment by emailing the court at barnstableprobate@jud.state.ma.us.
