Come join Keep Barnstable Beautiful (KBB), a local chapter of Keep Massachusetts Beautiful, along with your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to give the Town of Barnstable a thorough pre-summer cleaning!  

This cleanup offers volunteers the opportunity to get some fresh air while cleaning up the litter that has accumulated in the areas of Marstons Mills, Cotuit, Osterville and Centerville.

Volunteers should report to 2095 Main Street Marstons Mills (the old school, now open space off of Rt. 28)

All volunteers are urged to follow these safety guidelines:

• Wear rubber-lined gloves (KBB will provide gloves)
• Use proper technique when removing gloves and sanitize hands after
• Use a trash grabber tool (KBB will provide tools)
• Wear light colored/brightly colored clothing (KBB will provide safety vests)
• Clean up in the direction of oncoming traffic and avoid stepping into the street whenever possible
