Chapters unfold in the premise of a unique setting where the reader learns from observing the dialogue involving the subject of the chapter. States of Illness and wellness serve as a backdrop\, as each story unfolds spilling the secrets of how bodily system can function at its peak potential when fueled by delicious and healthy meals. \n\n\n\nWith thirty delicious\, easy-to-make\, plant-based recipes\, All My Secrets brings actionable steps to take you on a clear path to optimal health. \n\n\n\nA book sale and signing will follow the presentation. Dr. Sidhartha will have copies of his book available for purchase. \n\n\n\n\nClick here to RSVP for this local author talk!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Author:\n\n\n\nDrawing from more than 30 years of experience in medical practice with a focus on nutrition\, Dr. Kumara Sidhartha MD MPH\, uses simple\, everyday examples and logic to break down the complex inner workings of the human body and the effect of food on these functions. \n\n\n\nDr. Sidhartha completed Medical College in Salem\, India\, followed by Internal Medicine Residency training at Lincoln Medical Center\, affiliated with Cornell University. His pursuit of nutritional knowledge led him to complete a Master of Public Health in Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts\, Amherst\, Massachusetts. He is a contributing author in the textbook titled Promoting Biodiversity in Food Systems\, 2018. \n\n\n\nIn 2016\, he was the medical honoree of the American Cancer Society of New England for his efforts to prevent cancer through nutrition education. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is certified in Plant-based Nutrition by e-Cornell University and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Isadora understands the social challenges a young person with autism and ADHD faces\, so this inclusive group is a safe space to be and celebrate YOU! \n\n\n\nActivities will be determined by the interests of the participants. We will share a variety of sensory items\, but feel free to bring your own and/or noise-cancelling headphones. \n\n\n\nThis group is intended for ages 12-18.
