You can access your library account at www.clamsnet.org.
In order to do this you will need a PIN number that can be given
to you on your next visit to the library.
Using this feature
you can reserve books and renew books if they are not already
overdue.

This new feature will keep a record of materials you have
checked out starting at the date you Opt In to the service.
You
can on the Opt Out box to cancel this function.
Search Catalog Function
Search options display in a drop down
menu. These are the different indexes available for searching
on CLAMS. You will need to scroll down to see additional options.
When you find the material the Title line
It will bring up
a list of libraries that own the material.
If you want to put
in a request you on
the blue request box. The next window will ask to choose the
library where the item is to be delivered.
We suggest that you
do not you use the CANCEL IF NOT FILLED BY field.
Submit and
a message will tell you that the request was successful. You
will be called when the item is ready for pickup.
Subject search
This searches the subject headings and genre
headings (e.g. Audiobooks). If you don’t know the correct
term it will guide you to the correct heading. Example: key in
Cooking and the following displays: Cooking: See -- Cookery.
Children’s subject
This index will retrieve records with
a children’s subject heading. However records for children's
material don't always have a children's subject heading. Many
records have the adult term + Juvenile literature or Juvenile
Fiction instead. You can sometimes find a greater number of items
by using a Subject search with Juvenile added at the end of the
search string.
Preferred Searches
This function allows you to list your favorite authors. It will ask for an email
to notify you when a new title is published.
Update

Home Access to Online Databases
Home Access to Online Databases is brought to you by the Southeastern
Massachusetts Library System and the Massachusetts Board of
Library Commissioners.
Access all SEMLS databases from home by typing your library
card number in the box below and clicking "Go." Once
you enter your card number, you can select a database by clicking
on it. You will find links to magazines, newspapers, journals,
and many other research sites.
